Purchasing

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

Setting up an account to place an order is not mandatory, but you have to submit your valid email address and other contact information to proceed with the payment and have your order delivered to you.

We recommend you to register with us, thus you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Create your wish list
  • Save your addresses for faster shopping
  • Manage your newsletter subscription
  • Receive personalized promo codes and gifts 

I can’t log on to my account, what should I do?

If you have an existing account with us and have forgotten your password please click the 'sign in / register' button. Under 'Sign in to your account' please enter your email address and click the 'forgotten your password?' button. You will receive an email with a new temporary password. You could also change your password in the “My account” section.

If you have forgotten the email address which you’ve set up your account with, please contact us by email: customercare@littlepushkin.com. We will try our best to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you have the right to delete all your personal data. In this case please contact us by email: customercare@littlepushkin.com

How do I make a purchase?

Setting up an account to place an order is not mandatory, but we recommend you to register for your further convenience. Shopping the LittlePushkin is easy: use the specific category links in the main menu on the site. You could find the catalogues with our products in the sections: ‘Infants’ and ‘Kids’. You could also look through the images on the main page and quickly access the page with a certain product by simply clicking on it. You could use our filters to find a specific product. Every item’s page contains detailed description of the product, its fabric composition, care instruction and size guide. The sizes and colours in which this item is available are also listed there. Once you have found an item, select your size and colour and use the 'Add to Shopping Bag' button. After you have finished with your purchases, click on 'Checkout' to complete your order. You will be redirected to the page where you shall indicate your Delivery Address and Billing Address. After you have completed this step you will be asked to choose the Delivery Method and then you could proceed to the payment of your order. After the payment completion you will receive a notification email confirming that your order has been placed with us.

We work very hard to ensure that we pick, pack and dispatch orders as soon as they are placed. After the parcel with your order has been transmitted to the courier services, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking information. If you have chosen our free courier delivery within Moscow and the Moscow region, you will be contacted by our courier by phone to set up the delivery date and time convenient for you.

Can I add/delete items to/from an existing order?

Since each order is processed as soon as it is confirmed, it is not possible to amend it. If you would like to buy new items, you shall make a new order. If you want to delete some items from an existing order, you shall return them upon the receipt of the order. Please feel free to use our returns policy (please see it in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ section).

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. Please feel free to use our returns policy (please see it in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ section) to return your product for a full refund.

What is the Pre-order?

We offer the Pre-order service for your convenience. All the pages with the items available for pre-order will contain the expected time of arrival. You only need to enter your email address into the pre-order form, and we will advise you when the item becomes available. By filling in the pre-order form you are under no obligation to buy this product when it becomes available.

We reserve the right to change the price of the items available for pre-order. We are under no obligation to supply this product on offer by the date indicated in the pre-order information.

How do I use a promo code or a promotional discount?

Promo codes and promotional discounts allow you to access the exclusive offers of LittlePushkin. To receive promo codes you shall either be registered with us, or subscribe to our newsletter. You could subscribe to our newsletter on the main page or using the settings of ‘My account’.

In order to activate your promo code you will need to enter it in the form for placing an order.

If the promo code is not active, please verify its correctness and its expiration date. You can enter several promo codes for one purchase. For example, if you already have your 10% promo code for registering with us, you could use it together with other promotional discounts. Each code could be used only once.

Size Guide

We use the following size division for our products:

  1. Baby clothes come in range of sizes, from 3-24 months, e.g.: 3 mos, 6 mos, 9 mos, 12 mos, 18 mos, 24 mos.
  2. Toddler clothes come in the following range of sizes: 2 yrs, 3 yrs.
  3. Kid clothes come in range of sizes, from 3 up to 10 years. We use the size chart combining 2 consecutive years in one – 4 yrs, 6 yrs, 8 yrs and 10 yrs.; i.e. an item for 6 yrs could fit to a 5 year old, and an item for 4 yrs could fit to a 5 year old as well.

Care Instructions

You could see the care instructions on the each item page, as well as they are indicated on the inner tags of the clothes, except the clothes for babies (there is no inner tag). We have attached no inner tags to the baby clothes for baby’s comfort. Please see the care instructions at our website for this category.  

Little Pushkin clothes are produced in China and Italy. We choose our partners and suppliers with great care. We are all committed to quality: the paint used in our fabrics and tissues is dermatologically tested.  If the fabric composition of an item contains ‘organic tissue’, it means that it has all the necessary certification confirming its organic nature according to global standards.
