How to Pay the Order
After you have completed your order by entering your billing and shipping address information, as well as choosing the delivery method, please, proceed to the payment. After choosing the payment method suitable for you (simply by clicking the button of any credit or debit card, or PayPal), the payment form will be displayed in a pop-up window, where you will need to enter your payment details and finalise the payment. You can also pay with your PayPal account: proceed through the checkout and click the PayPal button, then you will be automatically redirected.
When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your payment is not going through it may be due to:
- Review the expiration date on your credit or debit card. It might be that your card expired. The expiration date can be found near the bottom of the front of the card. Credit card expiration dates printed on cards usually consist of a month and year only. For further information, please contact your bank.
- Insufficient funds: Make sure that your bank account has enough money to cover the charge.
- Check your credit limit. You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your bank to increase your limit.
- Billing address: Check the billing address you entered for your bank account in your Billings settings. For payments to succeed, this address must exactly match the address your bank has on file.
