Forms of Payment

LittlePushkin accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: the payment could be made in U.S. Dollars. If you hold a credit or a debit card in another foreign currency, the final pricing is determined by the current conversion rate used by your Bank. We are committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience by using an online payment processing service 2CheckOut. To ensure that your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database. 2CheckOut guarantees that your information is safe and secure with every purchase you make.

How to Pay the Order

After you have completed your order by entering your billing and shipping address information, as well as choosing the delivery method, please, proceed to the payment. After choosing the payment method suitable for you (simply by clicking the button of any credit or debit card, or PayPal), the payment form will be displayed in a pop-up window, where you will need to enter your payment details and finalise the payment. You can also pay with your PayPal account: proceed through the checkout and click the PayPal button, then you will be automatically redirected. 

When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

If your payment is not going through it may be due to:

  1. Review the expiration date on your credit or debit card. It might be that your card expired. The expiration date can be found near the bottom of the front of the card. Credit card expiration dates printed on cards usually consist of a month and year only. For further information, please contact your bank. 
  2. Insufficient funds: Make sure that your bank account has enough money to cover the charge. 
  3. Check your credit limit. You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your bank to increase your limit.
  4. Billing address: Check the billing address you entered for your bank account in your Billings settings. For payments to succeed, this address must exactly match the address your bank has on file.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LittlePushkin is delivering worldwide. We offer several delivery options to match your needs.

Courier delivery (available for Moscow, Bangkok and Shanghai)

Your order will be delivered in 1-3 days after the placement of your order for Moscow, 3-6 days for Shanghai and Bangkok. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm excluding weekends and holidays. *Exclusions apply. The day of delivery you will be contacted by our courier by phone. *It is possible to deliver the order on Sundays upon a preliminary agreement.

We offer an additional service: to ensure your selected items are within standard size your order can consist of a selection of clothes in different sizes. Our courier will deliver it and wait until you choose the right size (waiting time is limited to 15 minutes only). Standard Post shipping (available for deliveries within Russia, Thailand and China) 

Your local postal service will deliver your parcel in 2-7 business days (depending on the location). The delivery fee is 10 USD per order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding public holidays). 

Worldwide expedited shipping by ЕМС 

Delivery fees:

  • CIS countries – 11 USD per order
  • All other countries – 36 USD per order

We will deliver your items in 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding public holidays).

Tracking your order

After your order has been processed and dispatched, it will receive a tracking number you may use to track your delivery. Please note that this does not apply to courier deliveries.

Anything posted or couriered to you goes through customs to check it is not banned or restricted and you pay the right tax and ‘duty’ (customs charges) on it. This includes anything that you buy online. You may have to pay any VAT, duty and fees. We advise you to check with your national tax administration, which has the competence in this matter.
